    Heading to the Print4All Fair in Milan we are taking new eco-friendly fabrics for the printing of labels and tags, and also acetate, cotton, nylon, polyester, adhesive rayon flock…find out more about what you’ll see at our stand.

    You’ll find us from 3 to 6 May 2022 at the Print4All Fair in Milan, dedicated to the labelling sector, with lots of new proposals to create new concept labels and tags and manage the communication of products in an innovative, but above all, eco-friendly manner.

    In addition to the traditional fabrics such as cotton and nylon, the Print4All Fair is the perfect opportunity to present to printers and companies our eco-friendly fabrics, starting from the LABìO range, through to the solutions designed to create eco-friendly polyester or acetate labels.

    Whilst waiting to enjoy a hands-on experience of the quality and performance of our fabrics, here is a teaser of the eco-friendly products you will find at our stand, Booth D25 Hall 9P.

    Recycled polyester label fabrics

    The polyester labels eco-friendly fabrics are made from recycled PET bottles which are collected and turned into a sustainable yarn.

    The yarn is processed until it becomes a satin and taffeta fabric which has the same characteristics as traditional polyester fabrics, but more extra attention to the environment which confers significant added value to the product on which the final label is applied.

    Eco-friendly acetate fabrics

    As for the eco-friendly acetate fabrics, we use yarns made of natural fibres originating from FSC certified forests.

    This type of label is widely used in the footwear and furnishing sectors, sectors which pay particular attention to safeguarding the forests on our planet, and allows us to present labels which respond to the ever-growing demands of sustainability made by manufacturers in the footwear, mattress and carpet sectors.

    LABìO Range

    LABìO is the new line of products for labels and tags made entirely from eco-friendly and biodegradable yarns. LABìO ECO-SOFT range fabrics are treated with GOTS certified resins, while LABìO HANGreen fabrics are made with compostable resins: a guarantee for those looking for a state-of-the-art and 100% Green product!

    Alla Print4All di Milano porteremo nuovi tessuti ecosostenibili per la stampa di etichette e cartellini, ma anche tessuti in acetato, cotone, nylon, poliestere, flock rayon adesivo,… scopri cosa troverai al nostro stand.

    Dal 3 al 6 maggio 2022 saremo presenti alla Print4all di Milano, la fiera dedicata al settore labelling con tante nuove proposte per creare etichette e cartellini di nuova concezione e gestire la comunicazione dei prodotti in modo innovativo, ma soprattutto ecosostenibile.

    Oltre ai tessuti tradizionali, come cotone e nylon, la Print4All sarà l’occasione per mostrare a stampatori e aziende i nostri tessuti eco-compatibili, a partire dalla gamma LABìO, fino ad arrivare alle soluzioni per creare etichette ecologiche in poliestere o in acetato.

    Nell’attesa di toccare con mano la qualità e la resa dei nostri tessuti, ecco qualche anticipazione sui prodotti ecologici che potrai trovare al nostro stand, il numero D25 Padiglione 9P.

    Tessuti per etichette in poliestere riciclato

    I tessuti ecologici per etichette in poliestere sono realizzati partendo da bottiglie di PET che vengono recuperate e trasformate in un filato sostenibile.

    Il filato viene lavorato fino a diventare tessuto in raso e taffetà che ha le stesse caratteristiche dei tessuti in poliestere tradizionale, ma con in più un’attenzione all’ambiente che conferisce un grande valore aggiunto al prodotto sul quale viene applicata l’etichetta finale.

    Tessuti ecologici in acetato

    Per quanto riguarda i tessuti in acetato utilizziamo filati prodotti con fibre naturali provenienti da foreste certificate FSC.

    Questo tipo di etichette trova largo impiego nel settore calzaturiero e dell’arredamento, settori particolarmente attenti alla tutela delle foreste del nostro pianeta, e ci permette di offrire alle case produttrici di scarpe, materassi e tappeti etichette che si adattano alle sempre crescenti esigenze di sostenibilità.

    Abbiamo partecipato a Lineapelle 2022 per proporre al settore della pelletteria un nuovo materiale con cui creare packaging esclusivi ed ecosostenibili.

    Le ultime settimane ci hanno visti impegnati nella promozione del nuovo tessuto ecosostenibile LABìO durante la fiera Lineapelle che si è svolta a Milano dal 22 al 24 febbraio 2022.

    Questo nuovo tessuto, però, non è stato proposto come alternativa ai rotoli neutri per la creazione di etichette personalizzate, bensì come materiale per la creazione di packaging in tessuto eco-sostenibili e dal grande valore aggiunto.

    Le bag protettive dei capi e accessori in pelle, infatti, sono diventati un must-have di borse, cinture, portafogli, scarpe, giacche e cappotti in pelle, tanto che le case produttrici non le considerano più solo uno strumento per proteggere i prodotti da polvere e graffi, ma un tratto distintivo del proprio marchio, un modo per fare brand awarness e aumentare il valore del prodotto sul mercato. Scopriamo insieme perché in questo panorama il tessuto LABìO può fare la differenza.

    La pelletteria, un settore che conosciamo già da tempo

    Come Nastrificio di Cassano collaboriamo già da tempo con aziende del settore calzaturiero e dell’abbigliamento in pelle per la fornitura di rotoli in tessuto neutro destinati alla creazione di etichette per borse, scarpe, cinture, giacche, pantaloni, cappotti,….

    La qualità dei nostri tessuti e la professionalità della nostra azienda sono conosciute sul mercato e partecipare all’edizione 2022 di Lineapelle è stata l’occasione di incontrare vecchi clienti e rafforzare i nostri contatti commerciali.

    Fino ad oggi, però, i nostri contatti commerciali ci hanno legato ad aziende a monte della lavorazione, quelle che confezionano i capi e che si occupano della scelta dei fornitori per la stampa a e la creazione delle etichette, mentre il packaging dei prodotti viene fatto in una fase successiva.

    Lineapelle 2022: un’occasione per presentarci in una nuova veste

    Le nostre continue ricerche sui tessuti ecosostenibili ci hanno permesso di trovare nuovi materiali che possono essere utilizzati non solo per le etichette, ovvero a monte del processo di produzione di un capo in pelle, ma anche per realizzare sacchetti e protezioni per capi di abbigliamento e accessori, ovvero durante le fasi di packaging del prodotto finto.

    Quale migliore occasione della Lineapelle 2022 per proporre il tessuto LABìO proprio alle aziende che si occupano di ideare le confezioni dei prodotti in pelle?

    Durante la fiera ci siamo quindi presentati a nuovi partner commerciali in una nuova veste: non solo come produttori di tessuti per etichette, ma come fornitori di tessuti per la creazione di esclusivi packaging che possono dare un valore ancora maggiore ad ogni singolo capo o accessorio proposto sul mercato.

    I vantaggi della linea LABìO per i prodotti in pelle

    Rispetto ad altre soluzioni già in voga per la pelletteria, il tessuto LABìO è un filato 100% biodegradabile, resistente e personalizzabile. Grazie al filato LABìO si possono quindi realizzare sacchetti e bag in stoffa che proteggono da polveri e graffi senza abbassare la resa estetica del packaging e trasmettono al prodotto finale un valore percepito nettamente maggiore rispetto alla carta, alla plastica o al TNT.

    Over the last few weeks have have been busy promoting the new eco-friendly fabric LABìO during the Lineapelle trade fair held in Milan from 22 to 24 February 2022. We did not however present this new fabric as an alternative to neutral rolls for the creation of customised labels, but as a fabric for the creation of eco-friendly and high value added fabric packaging.

    In fact, leather garment and accessory duster bags have become a must-have for leather handbags, belts, wallets, shoes, jackets and coats, and manufacturers no longer consider them as merely a tool to protect products against dust and scratches, but also as a distinctive feature of their trademark, a way to boost brand awareness and increase the value of their products on the market.

    Leather goods, a sector we have been operating in for many years.

    Nastrificio di Cassano has been working alongside enterprises in the leather garment and accessory sector for many years, supplying rolls of neutral fabric for the creation of labels for bags, shoes, belts, jackets, trousers, coats and so on.

    The quality of our fabrics and the professional expertise of our company are renowned on the market and taking part in the 2022 edition of Lineapelle was the perfect opportunity to meet up with old customers and strengthen our commercial contacts with others.

    Until now, however, our commercial contacts have mainly consisted in enterprises working upstream of the processing phases, those that package the garments and choose the suppliers for the printing and design of the labels, while the packaging of the products takes place in a later phase.

    Our ongoing research on eco-friendly fabrics has resulted in the discovery of new fabrics that can be used, not only for labels, that is upstream of the manufacturing process of a leather garment, but also for making bags and dusters for clothing and accessories, that is, during the packaging phases of the finished product.

    Why should you choose polyester labels? Read our news to find out which are the most suitable textile materials for each sector.

    We have been manufacturing textile materials for labels for almost 60 years and our experience has taught us that there is no perfect fabric for labels, as everything depends on the type of application.

    For seat belts, for example, labels must be fireproof, mattresses and carpets require adhesive labels, and biodegradable labels are preferable for eco-friendly clothing.

    Clothing labels

    Polyester, cotton, nylon or recycled materials can be used for clothing labels. It is the fashion house that decides which fabric best represents its values and philosophy.

    During the selection, however, it is recommended to check the suitability of the fabric to the type of printing and production processes with the manufacturer. Special polyester tapes are required for garment-dyeing, thermal-transfer printing and stone washes.

    Labels for the marketing sector

    If we think about the typical tapes used for gift packaging, the choice of using one fabric rather than another depends on the stylistic effect desired for the finished package. For example, our acetate tapes are perfect for tying bows.

    If, on the other hand, you need labels for sashes and pennants, the best fabric to use is acetate, but cotton and polyester are also excellent alternatives.

    Automotive industry labels

    The most suitable fabric for vehicle seat belt labels is polyester, but bear in mind, not just any polyester.

    In this case, in fact, the final product must be flame retardant and comply with MV SS 302 standard requirements, that’s why the advice of an expert is needed to select the right polyester.

    The plasters sector requires a special adhesive non-woven fabric which, once processed, is transformed into plasters suitable for contact with the skin.
